We present a direct numerical simulation method to investigate the dynamics of dispersed particles in a compressible solvent fluid.The validity of the simulation is examined by calculating the velocity relaxation of a impulsively forced spherical particle, whose analytical solution is known. The simulation gives also information about fluid motion, which gives some interpretation on the particle motion.The fluctuation is also introduced by the random stress, and this validity is also examined by comparing the calculation results with the fluctuation-dissipation theorem.
